The Location
I think that this location would be good for a horror movie because of the space the field opposite the house provides the film maker. The park would be a good area for a social gathering where the teenagers could go for a night out... plus it would make a great place to for the killer to strike. The house could be a place where the victims are very easily trapped.
Above you can see a floor plan of a set, that I have created. You can see it would be very easy to get trapped in this apartment by the masked evil man of horror, because there is only one door to get out of this apartment and there is only one hall way to get to the other rooms.
